Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, please email stepgizmo@proton.me and include your order number.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

If the order has already entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may still request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


Changes to Orders

If you need to update any of the following:

  • Shipping address
  • Contact information
  • Product variant (such as color or size)

Please contact us as soon as possible at stepgizmo@proton.me.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests only if the order has not yet entered processing or shipping.
