🔁 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

StepGizmo offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.


🔁 How to Start a Return

You may initiate a return using our self-serve return system:

  • Visit the Self-Serve Returns Portal on our website
  • Enter the email address used to place your order
  • Follow the guided steps to submit your return request

All returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Do not ship any items without authorization.


✅ Return Eligibility

An item is eligible for return if:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and accessories are included (if applicable)

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

⚙️ Return Review & Processing

  • Return requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days
  • Approved returns receive return instructions by email
  • No restocking or handling fees are charged

Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


💳 Refund Timing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Most refunds appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
