StepGizmo offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.
🔁 How to Start a Return
You may initiate a return using our self-serve return system:
- Visit the Self-Serve Returns Portal on our website
- Enter the email address used to place your order
- Follow the guided steps to submit your return request
All returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Do not ship any items without authorization.
✅ Return Eligibility
An item is eligible for return if:
- The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and accessories are included (if applicable)
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
⚙️ Return Review & Processing
- Return requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days
- Approved returns receive return instructions by email
- No restocking or handling fees are charged
Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
💳 Refund Timing
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Most refunds appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Packaging photos (if applicable)
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
