Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
• You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing stepgizmo@proton.me with your order number.
• If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to submit a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Orders
If you need to update your shipping address, contact information, or item variant (such as color), please reach out as soon as possible at stepgizmo@proton.me.
• While we cannot guarantee changes after the order is submitted, we will assist whenever possible if the order has not yet entered processing or shipping.
