30-Day Return Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.


How to Start a Return

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Our support team will provide step-by-step return instructions within 24–48 hours.


Return Eligibility

Your item qualifies for a return if:
• It is unused and in original condition
• It has no damage unrelated to shipping
• All accessories, manuals, and original packaging are included
• It is returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that do not qualify:
• Products damaged by misuse or accidents
• Items returned without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective on arrival)


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

To speed up the process, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• Photos of packaging (if applicable)


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be processing or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not see your refund after 7 business days:

  2. Contact your payment provider
